Rich of an experiment transmitted since four generation, Thierry takes again the vines still exploited by the grandfather Jules Guillemard in 1980. It makes the choice in 1999 of the organic farming in order to preserve the five hectares of this splendid bourguignon soil which was entrusted to him. With a rigorous work with the vine, it wishes above all to respect the typicity of the soil, type of vine, and each vintage, in order to obtain pure wines, fruity and strongly marked by their character. The grape harvest is manual, and a rigorous sorting with the fermenting room makes it possible to keep only the most beautiful grapes. Maturing in oak barrels carefully selected near the best wet coopers of the area, the wines of Thierry are delicate and delicate and express the philosophy of the house: generosity and authenticity.
