JEAN BARONNATHere, there has as a currency “the respect of the wine”. Jean-Jacques Baronnat directs this family home of trade, created there is more than 100 years by his/her grandfather, then producing in Beaujolais.
Remarkable Moulin-à-Vent 2006, of very nice garnet-red color, fleshy, with the nose of overripe fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant) and of humus, very traditional, a wine which associates color and matter, of excellent guard. The Fleurie 2006 is complex and harmonious, with these nuances being defined by raspberry aromas, of strawberry of wood, a wine of deep color. Excellent Brouilly 2006, robust, a wine which feels good the ripe red fruits and the undergrowth, of tasty mouth. Nice Mâcon-Villages blanc 2006, subtle and suave mouth, all in persistence of aromas. The Saint-Véran 2006 is of beautiful pale robe, with this key of allied acidity to a pleasant roundness, where intermingle with the notes of almond, ripe fruits and heather, and the Mâcon-Villages blanc 2006 is supple, all in aromas, with the complex and powerful nose (acacia, pear), very quite well-balanced, of scented and full mouth. Beautiful Morgon 2005, with the blackberry nose and of smoked, with tannins present, a wine which continues a very beautiful evolution. The Crémant de Bourgogne is all in aromas, with the intense and complex nose (fresh flowers and musk), of creamy foam.
