Family property created in the years 1950, Jean and Denise Teiller believe in the future of the Menetou-Salon and are invested. Today, their son Jean-Jacques and his Monique wife took again the torch. The Patricia young generation and Olivier Luneau, bring to the experiment, the dynamism which makes Domaine Teiller, one of most famous of the Appellation. The winegrowing counts 17 ha of vines with an average age 20 years. The vines are enherbées or plowed, with disbudding, stripping, without anti-rot treatment. The vintages are followed and do not resemble! 2006,2007,2008, the know-how of the wine grower and the vinificator takes all its importance. Great rigor and patience were the keys of the success. A magic relation links the soil, the vine and the Domaine Teiller. We are with the research of balance in our vines and our wines. Practical of a reflected, reasonable, respectful vine growing of its environment, always in search of improvement, perfection. The winegrowing proposes this Menetou-Salon blanc 2007 to you, rich in bouquet, of a beautiful smoothness, with the dry fruit notes, all of structure and perfumes, full and persistent, suave and dryness at the same time, where in mouth the fruits and the fresh flowers intermingle. The Menetou-Salon rouge 2007, where prevail of the spice and morello cherry notes, a wine of harmonious structure, quite firm in mouth. The 2006 are a well-balanced wine, of dense mouth, with melted tannins, where intermingle with the ripe fruit notes with spiced nuances. Very nice Menetou-Salon rosé 2007, with this key of strawberry of wood ripe, supple and robust at the same time.
