Family property (8 generations) of 50 ha only one holding, which extends on argilo-stony and sandy terraces from Aspres.
This likeable vine grower proposes to you the Côtes-du-Roussillon La Justine 2006 (60% Grenache noir, 20% Syrah, 20% Carignan) resulting from old vines planted on stony and clay-sand grounds, a robust and fleshy wine, with ripe tannins, very well-balanced, persistent, with the nose where the spices prevail. Mouthfull, the Côtes-du-Roussillon La Raphaëlle 2006, manual vintage, selection of the grapes on stock, resulting from a maceration from 3 weeks (80% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, 10% Grenache), is a wine dense, complex, which feels morello cherry and ripe blackcurrant, of excellent evolution like this other Côtes-du-Roussillon l' Angelette 2004 (60% Carignan, 20% Syrah, 20% Grenache), very old vines of Carignan 90 years, which associates powerfull and fullness in mouth. Superbe Côtes-du-Roussillon rouge La Pierroune 2006, resulting from a long maceration from 3 weeks (80% Syrah, 10% Carignan, 10% Grenache, manual grape harvest), with connotations of scrub and cherry surmûrie, of spiced and tasty mouth, a wine with powerful and very well-balanced tannins, of color crimson. The Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes Grenache blanc, is all of structure and perfumes, with the nose of broom, fleshy and persistent. The rosé, with these aromas of fresh flowers and ripe raspberry, is of fond of delicacies and firm at the same time, perfect mouth on a kitchen raised like a curry.
