 Family property (8 generations) of 50 ha only one holding, including 25 of vines, which extends on argilo-stony and sandy terraces from Aspres. (type of vines: Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Mourvèdre).
This likeable vine grower proposes this Côtes-du-Roussillon La Raphaëlle 2010, manual vintage (majority Mourvèdre 80%), a wine of full mouth, with the complex nuances of fruits of wood, spices and of scrub, fleshy and typified well, with tannins full but molten at the same time, of excellent evolution. Nice Coast Côtes-du-Roussillon La Justine 2008 (60% Grenache black, 20% Syrah, 20% Carignan) resulting from old vines planted on stony and clay-sand grounds, with the notes of ripe blackcurrant, spices and of smoked, very well matured, remarkable, rich and tasty, of a beautiful concentration to the palate. Superb Côtes-du-Roussillon rouge La Pierroune 2006, resulting from a 3 week old maceration, with connotations of scrub and cherry surmûrie, of spiced and tasty mouth, a wine with powerful and very well-balanced tannins. Taste the l’IGP des Côtes Catalanes Grenache blanc, all of structure and perfumes, with the nose of broom, fleshy and persistent. The rosé one, with the aromas of fresh flowers and ripe raspberry, is of fond of delicacies and firm at the same time, perfect mouth on a kitchen raised like a curry.
