A winegrowing of 18 ha resulting from an exceptional siliceous low register soil and the gravelly clays strewn with hardcores limestones.
The Pessac-Léognan rouge 2005, combines a smoothness tannic with a roundness in persistent mouth, scented, cordial, robust, of very good evolution, with a final prevailed by morello cherry and currant notes. Remarkable 2004, of beautiful robe vivid crimson, with the cinnamon and raspberry notes, of a great harmony, very scented, with a well balanced mellowness, generous and persistent in mouth. The 2003, of garnet-red robe, with the intense bouquet (ripe morello cherry and undergrowth notes), are of round and rich mouth. Excellent 2002, of robe vivid, with powerful tannins, the nose where prevail the red fruits with core ripe, of guard. Mouthfull currently, the 2001 is rich, charmer, marked well by his soil, scented, with the complex notes where the spices and the humus prevail, of excellent evolution like the 2000, of intense robe, with the nose persistent, firm tannins, well-balanced, fleshy, of a great fullness in mouth. Beautiful Pessac-Léognan blanc 2006, of robe of a beautiful yellow aspect and gold, where one finds notes of white flowers and hazel nut, with nuances of fresh peach in mouth, a tasty wine and charmer. The 2005 are of beautiful yellow color amber, finely spiced, subtle and suave mouth, very elegant, quite persistent, of a nice smoothness, very harmonious finally with nuances of fresh nut and lemon. The 2004, with the nose prevailed by the ripe fruits and the dry small fruits, are all in aromatic persistence, a beautiful length. The 2003, full with delicacy, combine powerfull and smoothness, with the nose of flowers and grapefruit, perfect on a turbot as on a chicken with the cream. The white 2002, complex, with the nuances of white flowers and dry fruits, is mouthfull.
