Created in 1897 by Ferdinand Delaye, this cellar out of the commun run profits from an exceptional soil, slopes stony argilo-limestones southern talks full. The vine growers visanais knew to perpetuate the tradition of quality and implement all to obtain prestigious vintages.

La Cave Les Coteaux de Visan founded the compartmental selection in 1992 and since 1999, the wine technician of the cellar ensures the follow-up of the vineyard, it advises the vine growers on the plant health follow-up and reasoned agriculture, as well as environmental protection. He is also in charge of the compartmental selections for the whole of the production of the Côtes du Rhône Village Visan which are hand-harvested and are exclusively sorted thoroughly. Only the best parcels are selected to work out our prestigious vintages, according to the traditional method, and the setting in bottles in our wine storehouses constitutes an additional guarantee of quality, consolidated by certification for the quality assurance normalizes ISO 9001 version 2000.

The setting up of an organic vine-growing is the logical following up of the rational and respectful of environment vine-growing that Les Coteaux de Visan cellar have started for many years.
AnVis, Espace Dégustation and Expositions of art of the Cave Les Coteaux de Visan
A luminous and roomy space, composed of three parts (tasting, self-service and exhibitions of art), the contemporary and authentic design from the choice of the materials (wood and stone), created by the architect Eric Ordener, makes it possible to present the vintages in a cordial environment and to propose services adapted to the needs for each one. Part of this space is dedicated to the exhibitions of art and the cultural events.
THE BROTHERHOOD “ SAINT VINCENT” OF THE VINE GROWERS OF VISAN
Created in 1475 by the vine growers visanais, the brotherhood, holds two annual chapters, the chapter of winter, in January, on the occasion of which the best vats are selected to become, either “Saint Vincent” and to age 12 to 18 months out of barrels of oak in the splendid cellar “Saint Vincent”, or “Cuvée of Marot”, approximately 5000 magna immured during one year in the cellars of the castle of Visan and released at the time of the chapter of summer of the brotherhood, second Saturday of July. These two chapters are followed of a dinner dancing with orchestra (in January) and of a dinner of Provence dancing (in July)
