A winegrowing of 26 ha founded in 1870 by the Cheysson family. Chiroubles is a vintage which must remain greedy with much fruit without hardness in tannins. It is a wine pleasure, synonymous with fruity and freshness. 2005 are one year of very beautiful quality, powerful. 2006 and 2007 are similar years of fruit and lightness, typified well Chiroubles. 2008 are a very beautiful year, with aromas of fruits crunching and a beautiful matter without hardness.
The winegrowing proposes this Chiroubles fermented Prestige 2006, resulting from a specific sector of the estate (Les Roches) where one finds pieces of granite, which gives him this clean specificity (vines of more than 60 years and maturing during 12 months out of barrels of oak), a wine of powerful mouth, combining suppleness and structure, with the nuances of black fruits and spices, fleshy and quite traditional.

Wine making beaujolaise known as semi-carbonic. On certain vintages, we carry out 30% of éraflage. 90% of our wines are matured out of tank and 10% out of barrels

We produce several types of Chiroubles: Chiroubles traditionnel, vintages very greedy where the fruit is crunched; Chiroubles Vieille Vignes “La Précieuse”, a more elegant vintage; Chiroubles “La Sécrète” soil of exception with maturing in 1/2 muids
