Grown with the greatest care and attention since 1928 by generation after
generation of the Goudineau family, Château Tour de Saint Pierre produces an
perfectly-balanced wine which is supple, fine and mellow with all the
characteristics which have built the international reputation of the wines
of Saint-Emilion.
We should emphasize the fact that this magnificent estate is farmed without
using chemical weedkillers or insecticides. As well as this, the grapes are
picked by hand, in the traditional way.
A remarkable wine, racy with a beautiful garnet-red colour, a
full-bodied, aromatic wine, rich in colour and substance with a long bouquet
of ripe red fruit, leather and underwood. Excellent for laying down, characteristic of
the appellation, full-bodied and spicy with firm, ample tannins and a lot of
distinction.
