The abbey of Cluny, established since XIIe century on calcareous and shone upon slopes.
The vine age is from 40 to 80 years and the yields controls guarantee wines of quality. The wine making is traditional, the grape is collected with maturity and the hand as a majority. The reds are of a beautiful color cherry with a bouquet deep of fruits red, blackcurrants and of raspberry, slightly tannic but perfectly well-balanced and of a beautiful savor. Blancs have aromas of white flowers of spring, dried fruits, of toast, supple and rounds in mouth and the rosé is very aromatic, a large smoothness and length in mouth.
