 A family history for 3 generations. First, Michel Fabre, founder of the estate, in 1930, transmitted his passion to his son Henri. The latter, with the help of his wife Éliane, developed and enlarged the estate, which currently has 40 ha, of which 35 ha in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Today, Mireille, their daughter, manages the vineyard, respecting tradition by bringing a more modern style.
Our cuvées in Châteauneuf-du-Pape each have their own peculiarities. The Cuvée des Deux Soeurs is our tradition cuvée, it is a wine on the fruit with a beautiful drinking ability from its youth. The Cuvée du Lion is more powerful and built. Feminessance follows a more modern approach, with aromas of fruit, flowers and spices. Le Lien pays homage to Grenache in its finest form: on old vines.
The 2015 Vintage is generous in colour, structure and maturity but also in quantity, the 2016 perfectly embodies what can be described as an exceptional Vintage. And for 2017, we will remember above all from this Vintage the excellent quality of the wines produced.
