This family winegrowing was taken again by François Bertheau in 2004. It represents the fifth generation to exploit this vineyard of 6.22 ha. The vines are 45 years old on average. the maturing is done out of barrels (including 20 to new wood 30%) for one 18 months duration, the wine, not filtered, will be marketed approximately 6 months after its setting in bottles.
The owner proposes to you to discover this Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru Les Amoureuses 2008, with tannins tasty and rich at the same time, generous, coloured and robust, with this quite fleshy and attractive mouth prevailed by the stone-fruits and cinnamon. The 2007, a wine of robe crimson, which associates structure and distinction, with this characteristic nose where the plum, the humus and cinnamon, superb are guessed, with very well-balanced tannins, of powerful mouth with pepper and cooked, tasty and red intense fruit notes at the same time. The 2006 also are successful, very typified, distinguished, quite fleshy as it should be, very scented, with intense savors with prevailing of fruits ripe, vanilla and undergrowth, very tasty. Beautiful Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru Les Charmes 2007, of beautiful steady robe, very scented, with the spice and ripe fruit notes, with harmonious tannins, which it is obviously necessary to know to wait. Taste Chambolle-Musigny 2007, marked by its soil, with ripe and complex blackcurrant aromas, of leather, spices and of raspberry, with supple but very well-balanced tannins, of at the same time delicate and persistent mouth, a wine which continues its evolution. The Bonnes-Mares 2007 are superb, with the complex nose prevailed by cherry and leather, of ample mouth, combining this fleshy characteristic of the appellation to finely spiced notes.
