Robert Muhlberger is the fourth generation of vine-growers in his family to
have run the estate. The major advantage of the estate is its 13 hectares of
vines planted on excellent terroirs. The vine varieties are perfectly
adapted to the various types of soils of Wolxheim and are chosen with the
aim of producing top-quality wines. Hand picking ensures the perfect quality
and ripeness of the grapes, the preservation of the vines and the respect of
the natural environment. The wine-making process is carried out gently and
the wines are matured with skill and devotion. The know-how of Robert
Muhlberger, who is a qualified oenologist, combined with the respect of
tradition through the generations are the basis of the estate's philosophy,
producing authentic wines of great elegance. The result of all this is a
superb Riesling Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, which boasts all the power
of its limestone and marl soils, a complex nose, good balance and a powerful
impression in the mouth. An excellent Gewurztraminer, excellent in the
mouth, with a very floral impression. A nice Muscat, very fresh with a fine
bouquet, as is the tout Tokay Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, subtle and

Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives (Late Harvest), with its characteristic
