VIGNERONS DE SAIN-BELIn 1956, some wine growers anxious to maintain the culture of the vine in the region Lyonnaise decided to link their efforts and founded the Cellar of Vignerons Réunis to Sain-Bel. Today the cellar gathers some 110 co-operators for 260 hectares of vines and 13.000 hectolitres of production, divided into 1/4 of Beaujolais appellation and 3/4 of appellation Coteuax-du-Lyonnais (either 60% of this Appellation). Equipped with a powerful material and a knowledge to make controlled semi wine making carbonic traditional, all the team is implied to produce elegant and generous wines. Piece with the fermenting room, at all the stages, qualitative criteria is imposed and controlled to answer the orientation taken by the cellar since many years: followed control of the vine by a technical commission, inciting remuneration of the contributions co-operators, step HACCP in a preoccupation of traceability and a food safety. By this mobilization, all the vine growers of the cellar of Producteurs de Coteaux of Lyonnais are the guarantors of a production of quality.
The Cellar proposes to you several very nice vintages like it Coteaux-du-Lyonnais the vintage Hommée red 2008, resulting from not very deep sandy grounds and a carbonic semi-maceration, with still young tannins, a well-balanced and typified wine. The Coteaux-du-Lyonnais Domaine de Champ-Guichard red 2008 is fruity, quite traditional, with silky tannins and a beautiful length, frankly. Excellent Coteaux-du-Lyonnais red Benoît Maillard 2008, the very open nose of undergrowth and blackberry, mouth complex and marked by the red fruits. Beaujolais Domaine du Soly 2008 is only elaborate with the grapes resulting from the oldest vines, of mouth intense and prevailed by blackberry, combining suppleness and aromatic intensity, of brilliant robe. After, the excellent Coteaux-du-Lyonnais Domaine Peronnet red 2007, selection and sorting manual, harvest and grape harvest in whole bunches, fullbodied, with the aromas of violet and blackberry, all in mouth, of garnet-red robe. Nice Coteaux-du-Lyonnais cuvee Référence rosé 2008 (the vintage reference is resulting from the selection of the Master of wine storehouse on the whole of the tanks coming from the various sectors from the appellation, 100 % direct pressing, the wine making is traditional, at controlled temperature); clear, limpid and brilliant robe, a wine with the nuances of flowers and spices, associating richness and suppleness, of fruity and persistent mouth, to open on shrimps.
