A vineyard of 4,8 ha, planted on grounds argilo-limestones and argilo-siliceous with old some 30 year old vines, 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet franc. The wines are matured in the respect of the tradition: prunes rigorous, polishing of the bunches, stripping, manual grape harvest of ripe and healthy grapes, soft and sufficiently long fermenting and finally a maturing from 18 to 24 months.
The winegrowing proposes this Mountain-Saint-Émilion fermented Prestige 2005 to you, of robe crimson, with the nose where are guessed the ripe fruits, the humus and spices (grooves, pepper), mouthfull, fleshy, which associates structure and distinction, of beautiful evolution. The 2004 are very successful, combining aromatic concentration, roundness of tannins and persistence in mouth, with these very characteristic blackcurrant and leather notes. The Montagne-Saint-Émilion cuvée Tradition associates structure and smoothness, a wine of color garnet-red, full and scented, robust, with quite well-balanced tannins, firm and persistent.
