BEAUJOLAIS

BEAUJOLAIS-VILLAGES et REGNIE

DOMAINE PARDON

DOMAINE PARDON Since 1820, family PARDON is owner of vineyards in the area of Beaujolais, the delimitation of the CRUS in AOC having started only in 1936.
Our sucker is located at the place says “Chevalière” to Beaujeu in the Rhone (69) to approximately 55km north of Lyon. Beaujeu being the historical capital of Beaujolais.
We also have two wine storehouses of Vinification, one to REGNIÉ DURETTE and the second with FLEURIE, more with north in the zone of CRUS.
In order to propose a complete range, in addition to the wines of our Winegrowing estates, we work in partnership with other Vignerons located on the soils most representative of the area. As for some wines of Bourgogne present on our list, we select them and let us bottle we them in Beaune, for most between them.
Beautiful Régnié 2013 cuvée Tim, resulting from a granitic and sandy ground specific to the commune, collects manual with complete maturity, 8 days carbonic semi maceration, ageing out of tank for 8 months, technique of netting…   the whole giving this complex wine, spiced, a wine which fills up the mouth well, with the spice and macerated fruit scents, rich person, of beautiful garnet-red color, mixing smoothness and frame. Tasty FLEURIE cuvée Hugo 2012, with quite silky tannins, of color crimson, with the nose dominated by the strawberry and blackberry, structured, of a pretty final, a traditional wine. Taste the Beaujolais-Villages cuvée de l'Ermitage 2013, color supported ruby, with the scents of currant and peony, fresh mouth.
