Created in 1987 by Régis Dansault starting from 70 ares of old vines of Chenin belonging to the family Dansault Baudeau, the Winegrowing gradually developed to reach about fifteen hectares today. The progressive acquisition of vines in tenant farming and new plantations enabled us to obtain a well-balanced vineyard, where the pieces of more than 50 years, ideal for Montlouis quiet, are closed to the youngest shoots dedicate to the traditional method. The discussion thread of our step in the past as in this remainder the quality assurance in an absolute respect of the gifts of Dame Nature. Thus, prunes it short, the manual grape harvest and sort them successive were always the rule for the totality of our wines of Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation. Concerned since the beginnings of the biological balance of the vine, we started the process of conversion into biological vine growing.
