The Domaine des Trottières created with the whole beginning of last century, exploits 102 ha of vines in AOC, including 16 ha of a recent acquisition: the Domaine du Regain. Property of the Lamotte family since 1985, the vineyard is the subject of a repairing, with a development of the type of vines Cabernet and Chenin. A functional wine storehouse was built in 1990. The winegrowing produces 9 appellations: Anjou rouge, Anjou-Villages, Rosé de Loire, Rosé d' Anjou, Cabernet d' Anjou, Coteaux-du-Layon, Bonnezeaux, Anjou blanc, Crémant de Loire.
The winegrowing proposes to you this Anjou-Villages 2006, a wine shining with a red color deep black cherry, to the discrete nose which opens on odors of crushed red small fruits and grows rich by spiced nuances, the mouth presents a round attack and evolves/moves on a matter tight and elegant, tannins quite present are harmonious and molten, the final persists agreeably. The Coteaux-du-Layon 2005, where one finds notes of white flowers and hazel nut, with nuances of fresh peach, guard as Bonnezeaux Clos du Moulin des Quarts. The Cabernet d’Anjou 2007, and a good Anjou rouge 2006, robust but supple, structured well, with melted, with a strong color tannins with the purple reflections, with blackberry and currant aromas.
