All starts in 1980 when François Devictor, Agricultural engineer decides to settle in Provence to produce great wines there. Its choice is made on the Domaine de La Sanglière located in seaside in the exceptional classified site of the Fort de Brégançon. On a surface of 42 ha, all is then implemented for an optimal quality: levellings, plantations and construction of a cellar, the production of white, rosy and red in appellation Côtes de Provence can then trade. In the line of the work of their father, it is now one 2nd generation of vine growers, Rémy and Olivier Devictor which direct the winegrowing. The site is protected by the academy from the littoral. They are currently 20 ha which is in production.
Very attractive Special Coast-of-Provence white fermented 2007 (the grapes are collected the night to preserve their freshness), which combines nervousness and fleshy, with the nose envoûtant and persistent, marked by these notes of white flowers, vinified very well, of persistent mouth with a molten and particularly tasty final. The Côtes-de-Provence rouge cuvée Spéciale 2007 (assembly of the 3 type of vines, Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault, with a majority of Syrah) is a wine marked by spice notes to prevailing of ripe red fruits and violet, of a beautiful garnet-red color crimson, combining structure and suppleness in mouth. Beautiful Côtes-de-Provence cuvée Prestige rosé 2007, of a very delicate color, a very delicate, dry and fleshy wine at the same time, with a beautiful pink robe delicate fresh fruit peony and aromas which develop with the palate much elegance, mouthfull. At their sides, this Côtes-de-Provence rosé cuvée S 2007, with the fruity concentrate, with nuances of peach, of apricot and a spiced note, a wine which requires a refined kitchen. Still taste red Coast-of-Provence range S 2006, with the nose prevailed by currant and of the subtly spiced scents, of powerful and persistent mouth.

Technique |
The grapes are completely picked off, maceration and common fermentation of type of vines out of Inox tanks approximately 10 days. The bays are then pressed and the juice is brought in steel tanks enamelled for a 7 months ageing minimun. After the setting in bottles the wines are preserved in cellar 2 months. |
