This winegrowing of 40 ha established its reputation thanks to the work and with the know-how of several generations. It is the Edmond grandfather who bought the buildings to which it gave again life. The father, Louis, with his dynamism increased the property and began the sale in bottles. On its launched, his/her Bernard son for 39 years has taken again the reins. Sociable and powerful, it knew to develop the Winegrowing and to give to the wines a beautiful indication of quality. It deals with marketing. Currently, its sons assistance in these tasks. Romain, respectful to the soil, with the service of the vineyards of the Winegrowing endeavors to be with the listening of nature, to give to its vines right which they need. Thibault, after a formation in France and training courses in the USA and in South Africa, took again in hand the wine making. It incarnates this new generation of convinced vine growers, who take council near their elder and develop new methods for quality of the wine. The winegrowing proposes this CDR-Village-Sablet blanc 2007 to you, of mouth finely spiced as it should be, with small blackberry and yellow peach notes, of a beautiful harmony, rich person and all in smoothness. Sablet CDR-Villages red 2005 (70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 5% Cinsault and 5% Mourvèdre), resulting from a soil argilo-limestone and stony (manual grape harvest and ageing in the lightnings of oak), is coloured, with the macerated fruit nose (cherry, blackberry), of at the same time powerful and round mouth, not yet with maturity. The CDR Chamlong rouge 2006, of supple mouth, with ripe and firm tannins at the same time, the powerful nose where the spices and the morello cherry mix, typified well like the CDR rosé Chamlong 2007. The Vacqueyras 2006 is of quite nice structure, associating color, fleshy and aromatic complexity, of round and dense mouth at the same time.
