CEDRIC CHIGNARD

Cédric Chignard took the responsability for the winegrowing since 2007 (4th generation). It particularly made a success of its Fleurie Les Moriers 2008, which owes its secular notoriety with a privileged ground, resulting from the granite where it prolongs its roots, tasty as they are liked, of robe intense, firm, with the subtle nose where the violet and the raspberry prevail, with melted tannins, of excellent evolution. The 2007, with pepper and blackberry notes, of at the same time powerful and round mouth, are of a beautiful color pronounced ruby. Superb vintage Spéciale Vieilles Vignes 2007, a wine which has a fleshy good present and this at the same time rich and supple structure, with these notes very characteristic and persistent of small stone-fruits, with tannins present but very delicate, of very good guard. The 2006 are very typified, of intense color ruby, of very good mouth, with the connotations of blackcurrant and strawberry of wood, concentrate, combining color and matter, of a nice spiced final, a wine of excellent evolution. Beautiful 2005, with the reflections crimsons, the aromas of ripe fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) and of liquorice, an ample, complex, with tannins quite molten but present, fleshy wine in mouth, with nuances of cooked fruits with core and cinnamon, of a nice final, very good guard, a wine which is expressed perfectly with a goose with the pin.
