Family winegrowing directed by the two brothers, Patrick and Jean-Yves which represent the third generation. The winegrowing counts 16 ha, harvest is done manually and the wine making in a traditional way.
Beautiful Chénas 2007, resulting from a traditional wine making from 9 to 12 days (maturing in the wood lightnings), elegant, robe purplished, scented (blackcurrant, pepper and violet), powerful with the nose as in mouth, tasty, with firm and silky tannins at the same time, very persistent and of excellent evolution. The Fleurie 2007, delicate and scented as it should be, well is typified, of robe crimson, with the powerful and persistent nose prevailed by the ripe strawberry of wood. The Moulin-à-Vent 2007, of robe brilliant, is a successful and fleshy, powerful and complex wine, of good guard, spiced, a wine which fills up the mouth well. The 2006, with the spice and macerated fruit aromas, rich person, of beautiful garnet-red, dense color with the nose as in mouth, combining smoothness and structure, with quite silky and very well-balanced tannins, is of very good evolution. The 2005 is tasted very well in this moment, of robe crimson, with the nose prevailed by the strawberry and blackberry, rich person, structured, of a nice final, a traditional wine, with tannins ripe but quite present, of very good evolution.
