DOMAINE GLANTENET PERE ET FILSOur family is installed in Bourgogne since the 15th century and the wine Winegrowing goes back to the 18th century. Today, Jean-François GLANTENET in load of the estate, deals with 25 hectares, distributed on five communes. The Winegrowing traditionally vinifies its wines since 1997, year of the first setting in bottles. The Winegrowing produces approximately 30.000 bottles per annum. The wines are sold: with the Caveau, through the various living rooms and demonstrations where we are present all during the year. Shoulder by Valérie and surrounded by Damien on the ground, Jean-François led the family estate in a traditional way in the respect of the soil. In an environmental concern, the vines are led in “reasoned fight”, with a delimitation of selected pieces, such as for example the old vines. Each year, the vine follows its vegetative cycle: of prunes, with burnings of its vine shoots, its évasivage (to preserve only the best grapes) to arrive at the gathering of the bunches in the pure respect of the traditions and to give to the wines of the Hautes-Côtes the character of large the Bourgognes.
Beautiful sure value with it Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits rouge 2009, maturing in oak barrel, very representative of the best bottles of the appellation, with the nose of humus and spices, associating wealth and smoothness of mouth, a coloured and fleshy wine. Pernand-Vergelesses Sur Herbeux rouge 2009, is a wine with firm and molten tannins at the same time, dense and very scented (ripe, humus), of an intense final.

Our objective is to propose wines of quality, maturing in oak barrels for 12 months and to work out attractive, at the same time modest wines and brilliances which express all the charm and the authenticity of the Soils of the Hautes Côtes
