The estate is located on lands which once belonged to the Fort de Brégançon. The vineyard of old vines is planted with selected vine varieties and benefits from exceptional schist soils with quartz and exposure to the sun.
The wines are presented in superb bottles with dark-coloured glass to preserve their delicate colour from ultra-violet light. The red is splendid with its deep colour, its complexity, flesh and aromas and its power in the mouth with flavours of candied prunes. The Blanc de Blancs, with a lovely lime-blossom yellow colour, is very aromatic. It is an intense wine with dominant notes of white flowers opening out into very fresh, fruity notes of peach. In the mouth, lasting, mellow flavours open out fully, leaving a sensation of ampleness and length. The bled rosé, made with the Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre vine-varieties, has a very subtly-nuanced colour which "is similar to my favourite rose", says the owner, the Alba rose which has been around since the 15th century. A very fine wine with great flavour, fleshy and elegant in the mouth, with a light colour with salmon tints, and fine aromatic strength with notes of apricot, peach, mandarine orange skin. It leaves a splendid sensation of freshness. There is also another wine, la Pointe du Diable, in red and rosé.
