CHÂTEAU HAUT-CLAVERIEThe winegrowing counts 16,4 ha of vines (13,3 in Sauternes and 3,10 out of Low registers) and proposes excellent Sauternes 2002 to you, with the nose with prevailing of white flowers and dry small fruits, a wine all in smoothness, of full mouth, a long final. The 2003, powerful, all in aromas (brioche bread, lemongrass), is a wine elegant, rich and complex, very persistent, of a great consistency. The Graves rouge Château La Mourasse 2007, of dress dark crimson, with the black fruit nose, cacaoté with notes of grilled almonds, a full and well structured mouth, to air before tasting, of a very good prospect for evolution. Discover Sauternes 2005, of a yellow golden robe, with the nose of honey of acacia and of crystallized apricot, of a good balance in mouth, cool to the palate, complexes finally.

Sauternes 2003: robe golden with the brilliant yellow reflections, a delicate bouquet of white flowers and candied fruits (orange dry apricot crystallized), a botrytis quite present. The palate is powerful, rich and fleshy

Pot, rillettes, galantine of poultry, foie gras, tart with the roquefort, white meats (calf, turkey, chicken), fish (pike perch, pole, smoked salmon), roquefort, foam with the black chocolate
