 The Château des Rochettes was taken over in 2006 by Catherine Nolot, already owner of a neighbouring vineyard, the Domaine de L'Eté.
The vineyard represents an area of 60 ha where the conduct of the vine is done in the respect of the soil and the environment (grassing).
Here is a large and racy Coteaux-du-Layon Vieilles Vignes 2018, extremely well balanced, with complex floral notes (rose, narcissus, etc.), a refined smoothness, all in shades in the mouth (gingerbread, ripe apple), rich and complex(13.60 €).
Remarkable white Anjou Pièces du Moulin 2019, very fine, racy, powerful nose (acacia, fern, apple), fragrant and full mouth, a nice fat wallpaper the puck, ideal on green asparagus (11.25 €).
Bel Anjou-Villages red Pièces du Moulin 2020, it is full-bodied and rich in color as in matter, with a subtle nose of stone fruit, spicy (12.65€).
