One proposes there this brut Champagne Prestige Premier Cru (70% Pinot noir 1st Cru and 30% Chardonnay 1st Cru), a full vintage, of nice persistent mouth, intense and fruity foam prevailed by the peach and the toast, an intense and complex vintage. Brut Premier Cru Réserve (50% Pinot noir 1st Cru and 50% Chardonnay 1st ? Cru) are a vintage proportioned very well, fresh, combining persistence and richness, smoothness and structure, of a good roundness and with the very aromatic bouquet. ? Taste the Champagne Perle Noire, a pure Pinot noir, (Premier Cru, 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot noir) with apricot connotations and fresh nut, of delicate foam, an intense and typified vintage, which combines structure and distinction, very tasty. Excellent Brut rosé, with the fruity concentrate, with nuances of peach, of apricot, and a spiced note, of steady color and tasty mouth. Beautiful Champagne cuvée Plaisir brut Premier Cru, (70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier) with the nose prevailed by the ripe fruits, proportioned very well, which associates richness, savor and promptness, of a beautiful aromatic final where one finds nuances of lemon and honey. The cuvée Blanc de blancs, of foam very beading and very persistent, is a Champagne charmer by his aromatic smoothness, of deep and intense mouth, with the delicate bouquet, a very opened out wine.
