Collecting-Manipulants since four generations. Virginia Huot exploits with his brother Olivier, the family winegrowing estate founded in the years 1950, that is to say 7 ha of vines. Orientation in reasoned vine growing, and association of the ancestral experiment and the modern oenological techniques.
Beautiful Champagne cuvée Annonciade Millésime 2012, Chardonnay and pinot noir in equal parts, a cuvée made only in the years of exceptional harvest, it is a Champagne ample, with its notes of white flowers and walnuts, delicate mouth dominated by nuances of citrus and dried fruits, beautiful structure, fine and abundant foam. Also very nice, the Carte Noire crude, 25% Chardonnay, 25% pinot noir and 50% pinot meunier, with a 3-year aging on slats, rich and complex, fresh and robust at the same time, where rose and honey dominate, it is intense, creamy foam, and a pretty golden dress. Taste also the cuvée Réserve, 33% Chardonnay, 33% pinot noir and 34% pinot meunier, aged 5 years on lattes, with a very aromatic bouquet, it expresses in mouth subtle flavors of brioche and flowers, all in nuances.
