CHAMPAGNE PIERRE MIGNON

CHAMPAGNE PIERRE MIGNONPierre and Yveline Mignon direct the family winegrowing and their two children take part in the development: Celine, in charge with the commercial relations and export, Jean-Charles, person in charge of the vineyard and the wines. The typicity and the diversity of the soils make it possible to work out Great champagnes of Caractère. The vineyard of 14 hectares is distributed in all Champagne: Valley of the Marne, Côte des Blancs and area of Epernay. The planted grape varieties with majority of Pinot meunier (60%) are supplemented by Chardonnay present on 30% of the pieces and the Pinot black which covers 10% of the estate. This harmonious distribution enables us to work out Champagnes of Exception. The experience, gained generations in generations, is one of the important components which contribute to famous of our Maison. Thanks to its dynamism since the years 1970, the houseof Champagne Pierre Mignon developed considerably to reach 390.000 bottles today. We also knew to make known to us and to appreciate on the best tables of France and abroad. We invite you to discover the range of our Cuvées Classiques like our Cuvées Originales.
The Champagne cuvée de Madame Millésimée 2000, whose label and muselet are avoided Swarovsky strass, dense, complex and tasty, is very scented (honey, fruits dry, ripe citrus fruits), very rich in mouth, delicate and is structured. The 98, gold medals in Vinalies Internationales 2008 and of Gold in Sial China 2008, with delicate and light foam, with prevailing of ripe fruits to the nose, is very well-balanced, a delicate and persistent Champagne, which combine freshness and structure, a wine all in aromas (almond, ripe apricot…), all in roundness. Blanc de blancs 96 is all in charm, all in aromatic freshness, with these notes of fresh fruits and acacia, of delicate and quite persistent foam, combining savor and distinction. Excellent brut Prestige, silver medal in Vinalies Internationales 2008, which combines structure and acidity at the same time, of a nice aromatic complexity where one finds nuances of lemon, dense and distinguished, of a very beautiful persistence. Their brut Prestige bled rosé, of a very beautiful expression, develops elegance and vinosity, typified, of abundant foam, all in length, ideal on a spiced kitchen. After, this remarkable vintage Grande Réserve brut, full and dense, with these notes of white flowers, brioche and hazel nut characteristics, which associates elegance and structure, smoothness and body, to enjoy on pike quenelles.
