LES CELLIERS DES VIGNERONSBefore last cooperative wine cave in the department of the Var. The vineyard covers 440 ha including 360 which produces Côtes-de-Provence.
Beautiful Côtes-de-Provence rouge La Soyeuse de Ramatuelle 2005, very well maturing in oak barrel, of dress ruby, with the nose of ripe red small fruits, very scented, full, of good structure, generous and persistent. The 2004, with the spice and cooked fruit aromas, rich and are coloured, of beautiful garnet-red color, dense and powerful with the nose as in mouth, of excellent guard as proves it the 2003. Attractive white 2004, where mix with the notes of almond and honeysuckle, mouth complexes, a nice persistence, a full wine, to open on shellfish. The Côtes-de-Provence rosé Domaine de Roumegou 2007, with the fruity concentrate, with nuances of peach and dry small fruits, is a very pleasant, dry wine and suave at the same time, which associates freshness with the roundness. Very nice the Soyeuse de Ramatuelle rosé 2007, of brilliant dress, with the delicate nose of citrus fruits and fresh fruits, all in suppleness and persistence, perfect on a fish grill. Excellent Côtes-de-Provence rosé Domaine de Jeanne 2007, a wine very quite well-balanced, of a beautiful harmony, all into fruity and smoothness, supple, with the aromas of flowers and dry apricot.
