CHAMPAGNE ANDRE DELAUNOIS

CHAMPAGNE ANDRE DELAUNOISInitially vine grower, the Edmond great-grandfather chooses to become handling in the years 1920. His/her daughter Anne-Marie, then its André grandson (who did important work out of buildings, fermenting room, cellars in the years 1970) assisted today by, his two daughters, his sons-in-law modernized the work tools (press, the lightnings, tiling…) and its grandson, perpetuates the family tradition.
This Champagne cuvée du Fondateur, composed of old wines of reserve of Chardonnay is rich and complex, fresh and robust at the same time, mouthfull, with the nuances where the pink and honey prevail. The vintage of the 21e Siècle is intense and tasty, of delicate foam, nice robe golden, of beautiful structure, a Champagne very full and dense, perfect all during the meal. The Palmyre Lady White of blacks Vintage 2004, very out of structure, complex, of a good roundness and with a bouquet with the toast and ripe fruit connotations, of nice foam, is a generous Champagne. Beautiful cuvée Sublime (30% Pinot noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, wine 25% of reserve), which bears well its name, a Champagne of robe clear gold, combining smoothness and structure, with the connotations of flowers of acacia, very well-balanced, of intense and tasty mouth. Also discover this new cuvée “Transparence””, presented in a transparent bottle, resulting from an assembly of old vines from Pinots noir and Meunier, and aged 3 years out of bottle.
